What counts as a question or generation?
Each answer, clinical report, or scribe generation. Fair-use limits on every plan are generous; sustained high-volume usage is metered transparently through expansion packs you can see and model.
How does clinic seat pricing work?
Every clinic plan includes up to 10 seats. Beyond that, each additional seat is €49 / month. A seat is any clinician or staff member who signs in to the clinic workspace.
Individual plan or clinic plan?
Solo and associate dentists start on an individual plan (Core, Pro, or Clinical Insights). The moment you need shared patient workflows, admin roles, and reporting across a team, a clinic plan is the fit.
Where does our clinical data live?
EU residency by default — Google Cloud europe-west region. Enterprise clients can select a specific residency posture (region, key management, audit-export cadence) as part of the agreement.
Can we cancel anytime?
Individual plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime. Clinic and enterprise agreements have a short notice period and a data-export clause; your clinical records are always yours and we hand them back in a documented format.
