Faurenis
Patient experience

The clinician is in the room. Faurenis stays behind it.

Faurenis is not a patient-facing chatbot. The clinician sets the tone. The product supports the visit — quietly.

Patient experience principles

Clinician primacy

Every clinical decision belongs to the clinician. Faurenis drafts and surfaces — never decides.

Informed consent

Patients are told the clinic uses AI for documentation, and consent is logged in the chart before the first recording.

Opt-out at any time

A patient can opt out of AI-assisted documentation for any visit. The clinic falls back to manual notes.

More attention, not less

The point of Faurenis is that the clinician spends the visit looking at the patient, not at a keyboard.

What patients usually ask

Where does the recording go?
Audio is processed to create the transcript, used to draft the note, and then discarded by default. Clinics can opt to retain audio for quality assurance.
Who can read my chart?
Your clinical team and authorised admins. Faurenis support engineers cannot read your chart without a time-boxed grant from your clinic's admin.
Will an AI train on my data?
No. Faurenis does not train models on clinic data.
Can I see my own note?
Yes — through your patient portal or via the clinic. You see the final clinician-approved version.
For clinics

A consent script that takes 30 seconds.

Sample consent scripts, a one-page consent form, and the patient-communication guide are all in the resource library.
