Checklist
- Open the validation queue every weekday morning.
- Sort by oldest pending first.
- Triage items into "needs clinician review" vs. "false flag".
- For false flags, click "feedback" to send a signal to the model.
- Review the weekly trend chart on Friday.
What to look for
Persistent false flags on the same template suggest the template needs tuning, not the model. Sudden spikes in genuine flags can indicate a clinician changing their style or a model regression.
When to escalate
Three or more flagged items on the same patient should escalate to the clinician of record. The queue surfaces "same patient" clusters automatically.
