Generating a structured report

Reports for consults, second opinions, and referral letters.

Reports use a template under the hood. You can pick a template, generate, and then edit — or write from scratch and ask Faurenis to format.

1Open a patient chart.
2Click "Generate report" and pick a template (Referral letter, Second opinion, Treatment summary).
3Add a one-line goal — "Refer for endo evaluation on 36".
4Click Generate.
5Review every section. Faurenis marks AI-generated paragraphs with a small badge.
