Inviting your team and choosing roles
How to add dentists, hygienists, assistants, and admins — and what each role can see.

Roles in Faurenis follow the least-privilege principle: every user sees only what their role needs. You can change a role at any time from Settings → Members.
The five roles
- Clinician — full chart access for assigned patients, AI Copilot, voice scribe.
- Hygienist / Assistant — chart access scoped to the visits they participate in.
- Practice manager — calendar, recall lists, financial dashboards, no AI generation by default.
- Admin — billing, integrations, audit log, member management.
- Owner — same as admin plus deletion / migration controls. Only one per clinic.
Inviting a member
- 1Go to Settings → Members → "Invite member".
- 2Enter their email and pick a role.
- 3They receive an invitation valid for 7 days.
- 4On first sign-in they confirm MFA (if your clinic requires it).
