Recording your first voice note

The Ambient Scribe captures the conversation between you and the patient and drafts a structured clinical note. It runs only while the record button is held — never in the background.

1. 1Open the patient chart.
2. 2Click "New voice note".
3. 3Allow microphone access if your browser asks.
4. 4Speak — Faurenis transcribes in real time.
5. 5Click "Stop". Faurenis drafts a SOAP-structured note in 5–15 seconds.
6. 6Review the draft and click "Save to chart".
