Recovering a locked account

Three failed MFA attempts in a row triggers a 15-minute soft lock. Ten failed sign-ins trigger a hard lock that an admin must clear.

1. 1Wait 15 minutes if you saw the soft-lock message.
2. 2If you cannot wait or you saw a hard-lock message, ask your clinic admin to reset your account.
3. 3If you are the admin and you are locked out, contact security@sophydent.ai with your clinic ID.
