Your first day with Faurenis

Faurenis is designed to slot into how your clinic already works. This walkthrough takes about 30 minutes and assumes you have a Faurenis account and a single test patient created.

Before you start

• A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox — last 12 months).
• A working microphone if you plan to test the Ambient Scribe.
• A test patient or a real patient who has consented to AI-assisted documentation.

Step 1 — Sign in and orient

1. 1Open https://app.sophydent.ai and sign in.
2. 2If your clinic enabled MFA, complete the second-factor challenge.
3. 3On first sign-in you will see the onboarding wizard — accept the AI-assistance consent prompt to continue.
4. 4You land on the Dashboard. Bookmark this URL.

Step 2 — Open a patient

Use Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) to open Global Search and type a name. Press Enter to open the chart.

Step 3 — Capture a note with the Ambient Scribe

1. 1From the patient chart, click "New voice note".
2. 2Speak naturally — Faurenis transcribes in real time.
3. 3When you finish, click "Stop". Faurenis drafts a structured note.
4. 4Review the draft, edit anything that is wrong, and click "Save to chart".
