Transcript
HostAdam, what is the most useful evaluation a clinic can run?
AdamTwo weeks on real visits. Not demos. Real patients, real notes, the unusual visits included. The product's character lives in the edges, not the centre.
HostWhat are the three questions every clinic should ask?
AdamOne — does this save time on something I actually do? Two — does it stay inside clinical-decision-support boundaries, or does it pretend to diagnose? Three — is the security posture documented in a way I can show my DPO?
HostWhat are the selection-effect traps?
AdamThe easy visits get easier. The hard visits get avoided. Make sure your pilot includes a complex case at least twice a week. Otherwise you are measuring the wrong thing.
HostThanks, Adam.
