Transcript
HostLara, what is the shortest consent script that still works?
LaraThirty seconds. "We use AI to draft my note from our conversation today. I review everything before it goes into your chart. Nothing leaves our clinic's system. You can opt out at any time. Is that okay with you?"
HostHow do patients react?
LaraMost say yes immediately. About 5% want more detail — we have a 90-second long script for that. About 1% want written consent — and our jurisdiction does not require it.
HostAre there places written consent is required?
LaraSome EU member states require explicit written consent for AI-assisted medical documentation. We give clinics a one-page form for those jurisdictions.
HostThanks Lara.
LaraThanks.
