Exporting a patient chart

How to export a full chart for transfer, audit, or patient request.

Patient chart exports cover every note, plan, image, and audit event tied to the patient. Exports are encrypted and signed.

1Open the patient chart → "Export".
2Pick scope (full chart, notes only, images only).
3Choose format (PDF for human use; FHIR JSON for transfer to another system).
4Confirm — you will get an email with a one-time download link valid for 7 days.
